Manages/coordinates the specialized contracts needed in research (e.g., Collaborative Research Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, Data Use Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Fee-For-Service Agreement, etc.).
Conducts contractual negotiations with counterparties.
The Research Operations and Services Core is led by Dr. Max Renault. Dr. Renault joined Sidra in 2014 and has extensive expertise in Operations Management, Project/Program Management, R&D, Business Development and Technology Commercialization. Dr. Renault has worked in Europe, Far-East and Middle-East in the fields of Biomedical Research, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Aerospace/Defense and Formula One. Dr. Renault holds a PhD from Erasmus University – Rotterdam School of Management, with a research interest in teams, adaptation, crises and organizational behavior.
